Full-Time Solutions Architect

Job Description

This is a permanent position with a client who is in explosive growth mode.  You would report directly to the CTO, working with sales & marketing, stakeholders/users, IT teams, and vendors. Your key responsibility will be to create applicaiton and solution architecture designs in support of their Fortune 500s enterprise business objectives.

KEY:  Solutions Architect (end-to-end), BPM, Java or .Net, WebSphere, SOA, PMP

 

Requirements

·     Total 10+ years Software experience

·     Minimum 3 years of experience as an Application\Solution Architect

·     Business Process Management & Work flow experience

·     Extensive Java-based application development experience

·     Extensive development knowledge, preferably in Java or .NET technologies

·     IBM technology stack experience – such as Websphere application server, IBM Websphere Process Server, IBM Websphere ESB, DataPower, Rational application developer and Rational software architect

·     Familiarity with Microsoft-based technologies

·     Significant Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) design and Web Services expertise

·     Object Oriented Design and Analysis expertise

·     LEAN / Six Sigma Experience is a big plus

·     Must have proven experience in architecting complex web based applications

·     Bachelors degree in Computer Science and Engineering or relevant software experience.

·     PMP certification is a bonus

·     Excellent Communication Skills are essential – both verbal and written

·     Project Management Skills are vital; PMP is ideal; 3+ years of PM experience;

·     Must possess strong technical skills; JAVA, .NET; internet development
