We currently have a full time position available for an experienced RN. In this position you will collaborate with the physician and fellow team members to provide physical and psycho-social support to patients and families. You must be competent in administering and monitoring chemotherapy by following ONS guidelines and standards.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: Previous 3-5 years of experience oncology nursing. 1-2 years’ experience in oncology in outpatient infusion center preferred.

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Critical thinking skills and judgement. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Knowledge of nursing principles and standards of care. Must have experience in Biotherapy/Chemotherapy administration, blood transfusions administrations, iron administrations. Competent IV skills and use of central lines (Ports & PICCS), peripheral blood draws and blood draws from Ports & PICCS, and phlebotomy.

Licenses/Registrations/Certifications: Current WA State RN license. Current BLS. Biotherapy/ chemotherapy certification. OCN preferred but not required.
