Job Description

We are currently seeking a Director of Clinical Services for our Hospice Program. The Director will assist with the direction and coordination of patient care through direct supervision of clinical staff. Will be responsible for assisting the Hospice Administrator in establishing the responsibilities and qualifications for clinical services positions; developing policies and procedures for the delivery of patient care; recruiting, training, and maintaining staff and contract personnel based on program and community needs; determining staffing patterns that promote maximum utilization of personnel; and participating in program planning and evaluation. Must have knowledge of hospice Medicare regulations and State Hospice licensure laws; ability to manage cost-effective care in a manner that demonstrates understanding of Hospice reimbursement methodologies; be proficient in developing goals and objectives, activities for the delivery of hospice services. RN licensure in good standing required.
