KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Accounting and Application of Accounting Rules
- Reviews all new exposure drafts and final rules from the FASB and SEC and assists in the assessment of the impact on the Company.
- Assists with the implementation of new accounting pronouncements.

- Collaborates with global finance and accounting management to ensure that accounting practices and policies are in compliance with current US GAAP requirements. Assists with the development and implementation of improved practices and processes where required.

- Provides overall support by investigating accounting questions, issues and judgments and by partnering with team members from other business units to assist with accounting questions.
- Assists in maintaining Sarbanes-Oxley compliance documentation.
- Assists with ad hoc projects assigned by senior management including analysis of business operations, proposed accounting treatment of unusual transactions or other accounting and finance related matters.
- Partners with the Financial Planning and Analysis department on internal reporting and management support.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
- Undergraduate degree in accounting
- CPA or equivalent required
