Williamsburg Landing, the only CARF-accredited life plan community in the Tidewater area, seeks a talented Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee construction and renovation activities as well as Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Facilities, Culinary Services, Environmental Services, Transportation, Activities, and the Doig Health Club & Spa. Reporting to the President/CEO, the COO is responsible for operationalizing the strategic vision, providing oversight and leadership development to employees, and ensuring compliance with business, clinical and ethical requirements and regulations. The COO ensures organizational cohesion and collaborates with senior leadership to implement care models that support safe, high-quality care and organizational sustainability. The COO possesses expertise in staff relations, quality care, regulatory compliance, and fiscal responsibility to drive a wide variety of programs, policies and complex initiatives.

A proven leader with 7 – 10 years of progressive leadership, the COO demonstrates a record of competence, integrity, respect and high ethical standards and monitors senior living industry trends to provide superior services to current and future residents. Commonwealth of Virginia Nursing Home Administrator licensure or the ability to earn said licensure is required.
