We are hiring people who are ready to take their skills a new level in the Real Estate industry with Century 21 Northwest Realty.

We are currently looking for people to work as a Real Estate Agent. This position is a good fit for only the hungriest of real estate professionals who are ready to work and build like never before to re-establish Century21 as a Leader in the Northwest with strong backing of the C21 Executive Team in New Jersey.

This is a full time position (Tuesday-Saturday) in an upbeat call center. You will have on-going support and training from an experienced team of successful real estate professionals. We are looking for a reliable, long term employee who wants to excel in a team environment. If you are anxious to get working in the real estate sales industry and you’re motivated to make money with an uncapped team bonus structure.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform a high volume (150) of outbound sales calls per day to home buyers and sellers
• Using a proven detailed sales script, identify clients’ needs and cultivate effective sales strategies via the phone
• Prospecting new business within multiple marketing avenues
• Ability to effectively run a sales pitch by actively listening, overcoming objections, and building consensus with prospective clients

 

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience is required
• Real estate experience preferred but not required
• Comfortable with prospecting and cold calling
• Ability to engage clients and build relationships quickly and effectively
• Ability to learn quickly and a drive to succeed
• Positive can do attitude
• Strong selling skills
