Summary of Position:

ETONIEN is seeking a hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) that thrives in a Private Equity-backed company atmosphere. Any area of the Consumer Goods/CPG industry experience is helpful (food and beverage, clothes, household products, etc.). Our PE client buys owner operated companies throughout the US and often needs immediate support to lead the finance and accounting function during this transition. Accounting systems/ERP experience is also important. If the client and work environment we described has appeal, we encourage you to apply.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working for private equity owned companies and verifiable references from the private equity community.
• MBA and/or CPA is desirable.
• A systematic approach to assessing the finance and accounting function quickly and implementing plans to improve and professionalize.
• A mindset oriented towards the value creation process.
• Ability to travel and work outside your locale, potentially on short notice.
