Full-Time Product Support Specialist

TalentBin is looking for these dynamic people to help us scale our Product Specialist Team. Based in San Francisco, this team drives customer success by delivering exceptional customer education and support, while learning from our customers and helping shape our product vision, and serving as trusted subject matter experts on recruiting to help our customers find and engage awesome candidates for their hard-to-fill job openings. 

We’re not looking for computer science grads; we’re eager to talk to energetic people with an entrepreneurial spirit looking to get their careers in technology started in an exciting way.

Drive customer success through: 

  • Managing customer onboarding to make sure that customers are set up for maximum success 
  • Studying customer usage to make data-driven arguments that help customers be better users of TalentBin 
  • Using great written and oral communication to answer customer questions and push customers forward 
  • Listening to customer feedback, analyzing it, and working with our product and engineering teams to get new features scoped and prioritized 
  • Owning projects that move TalentBin forward, like creating scalable educational materials, developing and refining workflows, designing and implementing programs to improve TalentBin data accuracy and coverage
