Salary range is $65-90K depending on skill level and/or years of experience.

This role will be part of our new product development staff, creating solutions for customer facing applications for the retail industry. As part of this team you will:

• Assist in the development of new and existing software applications
• Support Site Intelligence software initiatives
• Participate in code and design reviews
• Provide post implementation support of existing applications.
• Create documentation of project functionality.
• Participate and/or be responsible for the roll out and on time delivery of developed applications
• Acquire and maintain advanced understanding of the business processes that are supported by the software for which you are responsible.
• Develop/maintain programs that store and retrieve data and involve complex screens, interfaces, tables, input/output and reporting
• Project management and reporting 
• Collaborate and communicate with internal and external customers, IT members, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs

Requirements:

• Strong coding and design and architecture skills in Object-Oriented Programming
• Candidates will be expected to have experience in working within teams to design new products, rewrite legacy programs, and maintain current applications throughout the development process.
• A minimum of 5 years of development experience in developing web based applications using ASP.NET, LINQ, C# or VB.NET and SQL 2005/2008
• Have a proven track record developing commercial products in an Agile development environment.
• Must work well in a small development group and collaborate and work well with other departments including Product Management and SQA.
• BS in Computer Science or related discipline.
