Position Description

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join and complement our engineering department.  You will interface with our sales and engineering departments to design and develop custom products and equipment for prospects and customers. You’ll have the opportunity to provide full life cycle engineering for new products and manufacturing processes from initial conception to production.  You’ll interface with our production team (tooling, engineering and manufacturing) to improve processes and logistics.

Requirements

B.​S.​ degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of five years of experience.

Experience in a lean manufacturing environment with an aptitude in electrical systems and controls, pneumatics, hydraulics, and AC/​DC motors. (Experience with automation and robotics is a plus.)

Working knowledge of metallurgy and materials, and an understanding of outside complimentary services such as heat treating, painting, and electroplating.

PLC knowledge and proficiency with Solidworks (or other 3D CAD software), MS Office Word and Excel.
