Who are we?
JobShouts! was founded in January of 2009 by Michael Quale and Robin Eads, who each brought a very important bundle of skills to the equation. Founder & CEO, Michael Quale, has 20+ years of IT Management experience focused on architecture, integration and advanced networking technologies. Co-Founder & President, Robin Eads, has more than 15 years of Recruiting, Process Management and Business Development experience. With their combined knowledge of online networking, successful marketing strategies, technical integration and architecture, they have the perfect blend of experience and perspective to create a more efficient hiring process.
To ensure that JobShouts! is able to out perform all other job boards, we have enlisted the partnership of 2 Ninja Developers - Josh Hundley & John Reeves. Though behind the scenes, these ninjas are constantly working on great new features and are extremely important to the JobShouts! team.
