Forrest General Hospital is currently seeking full-time Physical Therapists.

Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist is responsible for the implementation of the physician’s order for physical therapy services.The Physical Therapist should provide all necessary aspects of physical therapy within an interdisciplinary environment in order to facilitate the return of the patient to as independent and safe lifestyle as possible.The Physical Therapist must utilize a growth and development knowledge base in the care of children (pediatric), adolescent, and geriatric patients.

Education/Work Experience:

Must be a graduate of a four year bachelors degree approved Physical Therapy Program. May be a recent graduate.

Certification/Licensure:

Hold a valid permanent or temporary license as a physical therapist from the Mississippi State Board of Physical Therapy.
