Hestia Hospice is passionate in providing the best in care to our clients and we are seeking motivated Field Registered Nurse and LVN’s.

Newly graduated professionals are encouraged to apply especially those that are multilingual (Chinese or Spanish)

RN’s are primarily responsible for planning, organizing and directing hospice care, provides field services, case management, administration, community relations, and other functions and responsibilities

LVN’s under the direction of an RN will perform duties as assigned.

Classification: Fulltime, parttime, per visit

Pay Range:

RN: $35.00 to $55.00 per hour DOE

LVN: $20 – $35 per hour DOE

Per visit: vary depending on service

Work location: South Los Angeles and San Gabriel Valley

Work hours: Monday – Friday 8a-5p, schedule may vary due to business needs, and on-call rotation

Bilingual: English and Spanish and/or Mandarin a plus

Requirements

• Valid CA Driver License
• Reliable transportation
• Valid RN or LVN License/Certification

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Field visits
• Case Management
• Administrative functions
• Client relations
• Communication with physician, caregivers, family, hospice team members
• Familiar with Government guidelines
• Completes all reports in a timely manner
• Maintains confidentiality
• Performs job in compliance with Agency policies, procedures and applicable laws
