Millennium Physician Group has an immediate opening for a Physical Therapist for our Naples location.

Qualified candidates will be a Florida Licensee with two or more years of experience. Computer and typing skills required, EMR experience preferred. Great with patients and self-starter.

Evaluates, designs, and implements individual programs of physical treatment to maintain, improve or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain and prevent physical dysfunction in patients. Performs and documents thorough initial evaluations, identifying problem areas, contraindications to treatment. Respects patients’ rights of confidentiality and privacy. Complies with HIPAA regulations. Delegates and provides instructions to Physical Therapy Assistant.(where applicable) Adheres to policies and procedures of Millennium Physician Group, abides by Standards of Ethical Conduct for Physical Therapists as established by the American Physical Therapy Association and by rules and regulations of the Florida State Practice Act, Chapter 486.
