Job Description

MindSource is seeking a quality assurance analyst to test updates to the Apple website and other interactive deliverables. Primary responsibilities include executing test plans, updating test reports, writing bug defects, verifying fixes, and testing pages and emails on supported environments.

Responsibilities:

• Execute testing efforts for a number of concurrent projects across multiple browsers, operating systems and handheld mobile devices.
• Provide pass/fail notifications of pre-released pages against a list of internal standards.
• Write detailed and easy to understand bug reports.
• Test and verify bug fixes.
• Communicate risk to producers, QA Leads and QA Manager as needed.
• Execute and update test cases for various projects.
• Collaborate with other QA Analyst to ensure testing efforts remain on schedule.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of front end website QA testing.
• HTML 5 and CSS 3, JavaScript required.
• Knowledge of browser variations and rendering engines
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
• Good communication skills are critical.
• Attention to detail ability to work under tight deadlines are essential to success.
• Ability to pick up new responsibilities quickly.
• Experience working on large-scale websites is a strong plus.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of working as a Quality Assurance professional.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
